Community 1 Solutions serves those in need of human services and community outreach. They focus on populations experiencing poverty, homelessness, and a gap in services. The organization provides food, housing, emergency assistance, transportation, job resources and training, along with various outreach programs.  During COVID-19, Community 1 Solutions has, among several other needed initiatives, distributed masks, hand sanitizers, and toiletries to the local community, as well as N-95 masks to frontline essential workers.

“This donation from Biscuitville will make a huge impact on Community 1 Solutions’ efforts to assist people here in Siler City with housing, food, and transportation as we partner with other organizations to combat homelessness and food insecurity,” said Pastor Cecil Wilson, founder of Community 1 Solutions. “I’ve noticed that Biscuitville has a history of being very community-oriented, and we are appreciative for their giving back to the Siler City community.”

“We are thrilled to be able to make this contribution to Community 1 Solutions to help further the work that they are doing right here in Siler City,” said Kathie Niven, President of Biscuitville.  “The people of Siler City already have welcomed Biscuitville so warmly, and we are so happy that their support of us is being paid forward to this wonderful organization in the community.”
