Boston College running back Rolandan Finch and Georgia Tech defensive back Jemea Thomas headline a list of eight players named as the ACC Football Players of the Week, announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference on Monday. Finch, the Offensive Back of the Week, compiled 243 rushing yards – the most by an ACC back since 2009 – on 39 carries in Boston College’s 28-17 win over Maryland. Thomas, the Defensive Back of the Week, intercepted two passes in his first career start to help Georgia Tech beat previously undefeated Clemson 31-17.
