Since its founding in the fall of 2007, the NHS Arts Education Foundation has provided volunteers and technical assistance, presented programs and workshops, contributed thousands of dollars of equipment and supplies, and provided public relations efforts to share the good news about Northwood’s award-winning arts education department. Perhaps the foundation’s most important activity is the annual presentation of five $1000 college scholarships for graduating seniors for their achievements in each of the arts disciplines taught at Northwood.
