Information for August 27 Chatham County Board of Commissioners meeting

Pittsboro, NC – The Chatham County Board of Commissioners (BOC) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2020. The meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center, 1192 US 64 Business West, Pittsboro. 

Due to mass gathering restrictions and social distancing guidelines, seating will be limited to 40-50 members of the public. Residents who sign up to speak ahead of time will be given priority seating. Please note, a face covering will be required in order to attend the meeting. Face coverings must be worn while moving throughout the building until each person is seated six feet apart from others. Residents may also view/listen to the meeting remotely via GoTo Webinar and can register online for the August 27 meeting

There is no public input session during the August 27 meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to hold four public hearings. The agenda may be reviewed online. Residents can sign up to speak for any of the public hearings by filling out the online form for public input and hearings.
