Pittsboro, NC – Chatham County Solid Waste & Recycling will have mulch sales for the month of June on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sales will take place on the following dates:
- Wednesdays – June 17, and 24
- Saturdays – June 13, 20, and 27
Mulch sales take place Saturdays from 7:30 am to noon and Wednesdays from 7 am to noon at 28 County Services Road in Pittsboro.
We load, you haul. Mulch is $5 per scoop; each scoop is about one cubic yard. We will load large trailers and dump trucks only with a large scoop for $10 per scoop.
All loads of mulch must be secured. Attention: Chatham County is not responsible for damage caused by the mulch or for any damage that you or your property may suffer from loading of mulch.
We may have additional mulch sales. Any details will be posted at chathamnc.org/recycle
