Congressman David Price visits CCCC Pittsboro campus

Pittsboro, NC – North Carolina Fourth District Congressman David Price visited the Central Carolina Community College Chatham Campus in Pittsboro on Monday, May 9.

Congressman Price toured the Sustainability Technologies program’s small house project. He also heard reports on the North Chatham Health Science building (opening 2018), the Chatham Academy of Science and Engineering (an innovative high school partnership with Chatham County Schools, Central Carolina Works (a private-public, grant-funded partnership to help high school students take advantage of Career and College Promise), and the college’s TRIO Programs, including Veterans Upward Bound, Student Support Services, and Upward Bound Math & Science.
