RALEIGH, N.C. – A full slate of activities is planned in conjunction with the 2016 Kay Yow Spring Football Game, which will kick off at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 9 at Carter-Finley Stadium.
Parking lots will open at 8 a.m., and stadium gates will open at 10:30 a.m. to give fans a chance to watch the third annual Wolfpack Football Classic Alumni Game, which will begin at 10:45 a.m. The 2016 Kay Yow Spring Game will follow at 1 p.m.
Although admission is free, a minimum $1 donation per person is suggested upon entrance, with all proceeds going to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund and the Kay Yow Scholarship endowment.
Parking is free to fans in the following lots: Stadium East, Stadium Southeast, Stadium West,and Fairgrounds parking lots. Fans should enter through Gates A, B, C. Due to another event on the PNC property, all other gates will be closed and other lots are subject to a parking fee.
The Wolfpack Fan Zone will be located in the Southeast corner of the stadium near Gate 6. Beginning at 10:30 a.m., fans can visit corporate partner booths, enjoy face painting and take themed pictures with a selection of backgrounds and props courtesy of TapSnap. From 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., the NC State Cheerleading Team will be signing autographs and starting at 12 p.m., fans can meet Tuffy, the Wolfpack’s live mascot.
Official 2016 Football posters and schedule cards will also be available in the Wolfpack Fan Zone and at the marketing tables at the gates on the West and East side.

NC State students can take part in the first Carter-Finley Combine. The combine will consist of a Dash, Pass & Kick competition, and the winning teams will compete for the chance to be crowned NC State Carter-Finley Combine Champion at halftime of the Kay Yow Spring Game. Junior Wolfpack Club Dash
Junior Wolfpack Club members from kindergarten to fifth grade can sign-up to participate in the Junior Wolfpack Club Dash that will take place during the 2nd half. Based on grade, kids will race at the designated distance. To register your Jr. Wolfpack Club member, click here.
Wolfpack Club BBQ Bowl
The 6th Annual Wolfpack Club BBQ Bowl begins on Friday, April 8, at the motorhome parking lot at Carter-Finley Stadium. Visit from 6-11 p.m. as the BBQ Cook-Off will start, and music and a movie will also be provided.
On Saturday, April 9, prior to the NC State Kay Yow Spring Football Game, fans can come back to the motorhome lot for more music while Pork Council representatives will judge the teams that spent the night cooking. After the winner is announced, fans can enjoy a plate of BBQ and sides before heading to the game. For more information and a full schedule, click here.
The Athletics Ticket Office staff will be on hand to answer any questions regarding 2016 Season Tickets. Representatives will be at each gates and fans can visit the table in Fan Zone by Gate 6?.
