The Citizens United endorsement comes on the heels of several other powerful grassroots organizations who have thrown their support behind conservative Jim Duncan. On Tuesday, January 12, 2016 the Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) announced their endorsement of Jim Duncan and national radio and TV personality Erick Erickson has encouraged his followers to support Jim. Other recent endorsements have come from nationally syndicated blogger Andrea Dillon and other groups such as LLPH. They have encouraged conservative voters in the district to unite around Jim Duncan in order to defeat Rep. Ellmers.
In December 2015, Club For Growth endorsed Duncan.
