The Chatham Economic Development Corporation’s board of directors elected new officers for its current fiscal year. Chris Ehrenfeld, a Chatham County real estate developer and entrepreneur, will serve as the board’s chair. Pittsburgh native, Ehrenfeld owns Domicile Realty, Governors Club Realty, Bold Construction and several other Chatham County businesses, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. In addition to his involvement with the Chatham EDC, Ehrenfeld is currently on the boards for the Chatham Education Foundation and the Central Carolina Community College Foundation.
