The Chatham County Center of North Carolina Cooperative Extension, in partnership with North Carolina State University and Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA), will conduct two workshops with the aim of providing farmers with the tools to reduce food safety risks and meet market requirements. On March 5, 2014 the Principles of Fresh Produce Safety and Navigating the USDA GAP Audit workshop will take place 9 am to 5 pm in Pittsboro, NC.
