Pittsboro, NC – The May 18, 2020, 6 p.m. regular meeting of the Chatham County Board of Commissioners will be held at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center located at 1192 US 64 Business West, Pittsboro, N.C.

Due to mass gathering restrictions as outlined in the Governor’s Executive Order 138, public seating will be limited; however, the meeting will be livestreamed at TaJTalk.com and youtube.com/results?search_query=3Dtajtalk.com.
Because mass gatherings are restricted to ten people, there will be room for about 40 residents to attend the meeting in overflow rooms at the Agriculture and Conference Center. Seats will be arranged six feet apart to comply with social distancing protocols. The meeting will be displayed in each overflow room, and residents who have signed up to speak will be called one at a time to come to the meeting room to give their comments to the Board. Once public seating is full, residents will be asked to remain outside the building, where they must remain at least six feet apart at all times.
If there are any residents who plan to address the Board during the Public Input Session at the May 18th 6:00 p.m. meeting, they can sign up to speak by filling out the online form found here or by signing up at the Agriculture and Conference Center from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on May 18. Anyone who cannot attend the meeting may email their comments to Clerk to the Board Lindsay Ray at
