Free Muscular Anatomy 101 clinic at DCFL on July 8

Pittsboro, NC – Has a trainer or instructor ever said to you, “this exercise is for your triceps” or “let’s stretch the hamstrings” and it was as though they were speaking a foreign language? Learn the names and locations of, as well as exercises and stretches for the major muscle groups in the human body. The next free clinic at the Duke Center for Living at Fearrington Health and Fitness Center is about muscular anatomy and will take place on Wednesday, July 8 at noon.
