Goldston, NC – Chatham County JAM and SAM Spring Semesters Beginning
JAM (Junior Appalachian Musicians 3-8th grade)
Spring Semester starts Thursday, February 3 4-6 pm. at Goldston United Methodist Church, 185 Hillcrest Avenue, Goldston NC.
Classes in beginner guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, mountain dulcimer, advanced guitar, fiddle and banjo. Enrichment classes in mountain clogging, and singing (dance open to all ages).
SAM (Senior Appalachian Musicians 9th grade and up)
Spring Semester starts Tuesday, February 8 7pm at Goldston United Methodist Church.
Classes in beginner guitar and mountain dulcimer, advanced class in guitar.
There are instruments available to rent for all classes (first come first served due to our small supply at this time), which includes our newest instrument, dulcimers.
Register the day or night of classes or online at chamjam.org All instrument classes are only $10 per lesson.
