Chelsea Gardner, a senior at Northwood High School, is a finalist for the Park Scholarship at North Carolina State University. She is the daughter of Charles and Saundra Gardner. Finalists will participate in an on-campus weekend February 18-20 as a final step to recipients being chosen.
