Last two Chatham County pollinator garden tours of 2016 on October 12 & 15

Pittsboro, NC – Chatham County Agriculture Agent Debbie Roos will be giving tours of Chatham County Cooperative Extension’s Pollinator Paradise Demonstration Garden at Chatham Mills in Pittsboro. Tours will take place on Wednesday October 12 at 5 pm and on Saturday October 15 at 2 pm.

CaterpillarThese are the final public tours of 2016. Don’t miss your chance to visit the popular gathering spot for honey bees, native bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other beneficial insects in addition to their human admirers!

No registration is required. Meet on the lawn in front of Chatham Marketplace, rain or shine. The garden is looking great and has over 50 different species in bloom this week.
