Pittsboro, NC – The Chatham County Historical Association (CCHA) Museum Committee cordially invites potential historical museum volunteers to attend a special recognition and recruitment coffee. The event will take place in the foyer of the historic Chatham County Courthouse in Pittsboro in which the museum is located. Coffee and refreshments will be served from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, January 28, 2014.
Please drop in to learn more and consider becoming a part of the museum team of enthusiastic volunteers serving as museum greeters, docents and reinactors, 4th grade field trip guides, event planners and office assistants. Current volunteers will explain their roles and duties as they assist visitors in enjoying their museum and courthouse experience.

Don’t know a lot about Chatham County history? No problem–training is provided for all volunteers.
Short on time? No problem–volunteers can commit to work as little as one day per month.
